This is the work of Collin LeFleche. Collin and I went to NYU together, he was 1-2 years younger. Though we never really talked, I really loved his work tremendously; if anything I didn’t know the extent of his talent.
This is an image from his project, Right After, about a group of high schoolers growing up in New York City. You need to look at right now. Now. Now. I’m going to go ahead and say this is one of the best whole bodies of work I’ve seen from a peer/emerging photographer ever. I just revisited it for the third night in a row, thanks to Brian Finke calling it out. Please have a look.
